Celebration to 10 Years for NYCA

On the occasion of 10th anniversary of NYCA,  Rhetoric competition (वक्तृत्वकला प्रतियोगिता) with the contribution of व्यास नगरपालिका  in title “विश्वको ठुलो चुनौती जलवायु परिवर्तन” (The world’s biggest challenge is climate change) was successfully conducted.
